Keely – Director of Operations and Business Development

Since Dr. Mark is her dad, Keely feels like she’s spent her whole life in the dental field! For college, she attended the University of Minnesota in Twin Cities and the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. When asked about the most rewarding part of her job, she shared that it is seeing our team members grow professionally and receiving positive feedback from our patients.

Keely resides in De Pere with her husband, son, and dog. As a family, they enjoy traveling, gardening, listening to music, and anything Star Wars. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay, does yoga, and bikes.

Here’s an interesting fact about Keely: she studies Norwegian in college.

Becky – Financial Coordinator/ Medical Insurance Coordinator

Becky has nearly a decade of experience in the field of dentistry under her belt, and all of them have been spent right here at our dental office! Her passion for helping people maximize their insurance benefits will be apparent from the first time you meet her. For her, it’s also extremely rewarding to be a part of helping people treat their sleep apnea.

When she isn’t at our dental office, you can find Becky spending time with her husband, Casey, and their three kids, Joshua, Kaylee, and Grace. Outside of dentistry, her interests include walking and reading.

Jenny – Financial Coordinator

A Northeast Wisconsin Technical College graduate, Jenny has spent the last 20+ years in the dental field. She joined our team more than three years ago and has since played an integral role in helping our patients get the quality dental care they deserve without breaking the bank. She loves that in her position she gets to know every patient that comes in and out of the dental office!

In her free time, you’ll most likely find Jenny spending time with her son, going ballroom and line dancing, playing cards, crocheting, going to the cottage, and swimming.

Monica, Scheduling Coordinator

Monica is a bit new to our office, but she’s pretty good as a scheduling coordinator. In fact, she’s worked in this and similar roles for over five years now! Plus, we see her genuine zeal for the dental field. She says her favorite part of work is helping patients get healthy smiles.

Living in Wisconsin’s Chilton area, Monica likes to take it easy in her downtime. That means she enjoys reading, baking, spending time outdoors, and more. A rather fun fact about her is that she sometimes bakes cakes for various parties and events!

Charlene – Front Office Manager & Department Team Leader

Charlene’s hometown is Luxemburg! She attended high school there before studying at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Today, she has nearly three decades of experience in the dental field, and the last 17+ years were right here with our team. After all this time, her favorite part of her job continues to be seeing each patient’s new smile after having dental treatment.

Charlene and her husband have been married for over 20 years now and have three wonderful children together. When she isn’t spending time with them, she enjoys hiking, swimming, and going to concerts.

Here’s an interesting fact about Charlene: she met her husband one month after graduating high school while working in the Walmart toy department!

Lisa – Dental Hygienist

Although Lisa may be relatively new to our team, she has an impressive 30+ years of experience under her belt! Since completing her studies at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, she has undergone a variety of continuing education classes to stay abreast of the latest techniques and technology. When asked about her favorite part of her job, she shared that it is working with people.

Lisa and her husband have three kids together, Alex, Sydney, and Madison, who they are incredibly proud of. When they can, they enjoy spending time at the lake and going to their cottage!

Barbara – Dental Hygienist & Department Team Leader

Barbara has been helping people achieve happy, healthy smiles for nearly four decades now, and she has spent the last three of them right here at our dental office! She completed her studies at the University of Eau Claire and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Since then, she has undergone additional training in root planing and scaling, local anesthetic, and soft tissue laser therapy.

Barbara has been married for nearly 40 years. Together, they have a daughter, son, and 9-year-old Golden Doodle. When she isn’t spending time with her family, she enjoys running and going on long walks.

Here’s an interesting fact about Barbara: there is a 14-year gap between her children!

Carol – Dental Hygienist

For more than three decades now, Carol has spent her days helping her patients improve their oral health and experience a beautiful smile. Since joining our team, she has thoroughly enjoyed mixing a little humor with oral health education to make each patient’s appointment pleasant! She attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and has completed additional training on administering local anesthetics.

Carol and her husband met in college and now have two grown children of their own! In her free time, she enjoys gardening, working with stained glass, biking, restoring old rocking chairs, and relaxing in her hammock.

Here’s an interesting fact about Carol: she has four sisters (and is the middle child!).

Kristin – Dental Assistant

Kristin has an impressive 10+ years of experience in the world of dentistry – all of them have been spent at Brodhagen Dental Care, too! All these years later, she still loves spending her days with her patients and coworkers. To better help those in her treatment chair, she has undergone training in sleep apnea, Invisalign, OSHA, and HIPAA.

Kristin is a mom to two grown children and two long-haired chihuahuas, Rosie and Corbin. When she isn’t spending time with them, she enjoys bowling and reading!

Tera – Dental Assistant & Department Team Leader

Over the last two decades, Tera has spent her days helping with a variety of duties and procedures, which is perfect since she loves being busy! She studied dental assisting at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and has completed additional training in everything from general restorative dentistry to oral surgery and dental implants.

Outside the dental office, you’ll find Tera spending time with her husband (who is an independent local crop farmer/farm implement salesman) and chauffeuring her two active and athletic teens around. She also is a weekend gardener and avid reader.

Here’s an interesting fact about Tera: she is a mom of two crazy cats and the sweetest Golden Retriever on the planet!

Autumn – Floater Assistant

Born and raised in Green Bay, Autumn attended Green Bay East High School before joining the dental field. Now, she loves spending her days meeting new people and helping all of our patients. In fact, that’s her favorite part of her job!

When she isn’t at our dental office, Autumn enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, going to the beach, playing with her dogs, and traveling.

Here’s an interesting fact about Autumn: she has donated 6-14 inches of hair four times to Locks of Love and Wigs for Kids!
